Is there a need to drink materna milk? My Gynae told me I can skipped that. Is that really OK?

Yeah you can skip if you do not want. My first pregnancy I drink but not the second pregnancy. Though it is highly recommended. But ill make sure whatever I eat has to be healthy and nutrious in order to ensure little one received sufficient and healthy too.

if you want you can get calcium + vit D tablets (: we are usually quite easily deficient in these 2 even in general so with pregnancy we should try to supplement. unless you alr take alot of milk which I hate hahaha
