1st tri i hate milk to the max, 2nd tri i mix ice w maternal milk + milo powder.. i started w 1 serving per day w just 2 scoops of maternal milk + 2 scoops of milo powder. then i gradually increase milk powder & decrease milo powder. now am w28, i drink 5 scoops of milk powder a day, 2 servings. cause my baby is "underweight" 😣 ice + milo helps w me a lot.. i also sometimes mix w cadbury chocolate powder..

good ideaaaa!!! I should try with milo in it. as I hate the original taste. hehehee

Yes it is definitely good for mum and baby. If you can't eat properly then have materna milk, pre natal vitamins and some light meals. I will mix materna milk with cold water and mix it. I will usually choose chocolate flavour and drink on the spot. I dont leave in the fridge as pre mix or leave it outside.
