Hi mamsh ftm here 27 weeks preggy anu pwde kainin or inumin kc recently lgi poop ko hard at sobrang sakit ilabas at need ko pa umire ng bongga pra mailbas halos mwalan nko ng lakas kakaire, nttkot ako minsan bka mapano c baby kakaire ko ng buong lakas pra lng mlbas ung matigas kong poop n prang bato ? *hndi po ako everday nkkapoop kht nung hndi p ako buntis every after two days or more* #RP

try nyo po mag oatmeal sa morning nakakatulong basta mga foods na rich in fiber
