Pregnant- hdl and beauty in a pot

Hi mamas! Anyone consumed hdl and beauty in a pot during pregnancy? Im not sure of the impact of these soups as most of them kindof have herbs in it. But ive such strong cravings for it!

I avoid Herbal and collagen soup base. The beauty pot collagen soup base is made from shark cartilage. Tink shark is classified as high mercury fish. Not sure on the safety so I avoid
