Pregnant- hdl and beauty in a pot

Hi mamas! Anyone consumed hdl and beauty in a pot during pregnancy? Im not sure of the impact of these soups as most of them kindof have herbs in it. But ive such strong cravings for it!

i like Beauty in a pot, during the CB period i even order delivery and do it at home~ 🤣 also had 2-3 times of bijin nabe at home too... shld be ok ba, jux in moderation
