Malambot na breast may chance pa po ba dumami Ang BM ?

Ang batayan po ng dami ng breastmilk natin ay based on baby's output (poops, wiwi, pawis), at NEVER sa dami ng napu-pump/ pisil or paninigas ng dede. Hiyangan po kasi ang breast pump, may proper flange sizes rin po and most of all, hindi ito kasing effective ni baby sa pagsuck ng milk dahil it doesn't really stimulate the breast and send the same signal to our brain to produce milk unlike kapag si baby ang naglatch, ramdam mo agad na parang may kuryente pa that signals your body ☺️ Kaya importante rin po to do breast massages first before pumping to stimulate milk flow. Almost 3 yrs ako nagpa-bf sa firstborn ko (had to wean because of pregnancy), pero hirap talaga ako magpump. Usual output ko is 1oz per session. Nakakarami lang ako (3-4oz) kapag nagpump ako while nakalatch si baby on the other breast. Also, lumalambot na po talaga ang breasts natin a few weeks post-partum kasi STABLE na ang milk supply natin. Since based on supply and demand ang breastmilk production natin, at first ay hindi pa sure ng katawan natin how much milk ang kailangan iproduce, kaya may tendency to oversupply and have engorged breasts. Pero overtime, nawawala na ang engorgement at this doesn't mean na wala or konti na lang ang gatas natin ☺️ As long as naglalatch si baby, hindi po mawawala ang bm nyo, regardless kung gaano kalambot ang breasts.
