Hello mommy! Yes it’s normal! I didn’t have appetite for the whole of trimester 1. Only got slightly better during trimester 2 but it went back to loss of appetite at trimester 3. You can try to split your meals into small parts more meals if you really cannot eat. Just don’t forget your supplements and drink more water :)
