Do and Don’t Eat while your Lo Cough

Hi, my lo (11months) hav cough for 4 days ady.. go see doc and ate medicine also, but havent cure.. i heard so many phlegm inside his troat.. is there any suggestion what can i do to fasfer his healing? Thanks!

Hi! Try humidifier and make pudding using breastmilk or formula. Or breastmilk popsicle. It will help with scratchy throat.
