Itchy gums?

My LO is about 3 months and a week old. He makes a ‘tsk tsk’ sound throughout the day (not sure if it’s sucking). Is this normal?

Is lo still feeling well, having diaper output and active? If yes, that’s fine. He could be making the Tsk sound as a way to imitate what he is seeing or hearing from the adults or at malls. If you are concern, no harm seeking help from PD to find out if there is reason to be worried over this issue
