GP again or paed for urgent care?

My LO (7m) has been coughing for a week and I've visited the GP already. She suddenly got a 38-39 degree fever last night. Should I go to the paed or visit the GP again?

Seed PEH treatment. Eg. If vomiting non-stop I rather go PD urgent care. I went Parkway East before, they can do drip for hydration if need.
