GP again or paed for urgent care?

My LO (7m) has been coughing for a week and I've visited the GP already. She suddenly got a 38-39 degree fever last night. Should I go to the paed or visit the GP again?

I usually give paracetamol first, monitor. But 39deg so young baby, I’d go hospital.
