Baby shakes head very quickly

Hi, my LO is 3mo and recently she has been shaking her head. Usually at night/morning, it’s not the hungry type of shaking but it’s like looking left and looking right but very quickly, wanted to ask if any other LO does the same too? We notice such behaviour starting around 2mo, is it infection? She is eating and sleeping well, pee is okay and poop every 3-4 days. #firsttimemom #pleasehelp #firstbaby #FTM

My LO shakes her head when she's waking from sleep. I read somewhere that it's their way of learning how to self-soothe. Like soothing themselves to go back to sleep.
