Preggo safe supplements

would like to know if there’s any collagen safe supplements in the market that i can purchase off the shelves.. this is my second pregnancy but i didn’t need to take any during my first, so…. #advicepls

i didnt take any too. my gynae advised against any supplements other than the ones approved by hosp. had to forgo my whole stack of previous stock up and it will expire by the time I give birth 😅
