19 weeks pregnancy

Lately I notice..having rashes all over my both hands.its very itchy at times..now it has spread to my leg..is this serious during pregnancy?

I know it’s hard if I ask you not to scratch but please don’t scratch. I couldn’t resist so I kept scratching (Mine was on my hips to butt cheeks area)… now there’s a big brown patch on where I scratched 🤨😩 Tried moisturising and applying creams but it doesn’t seem to budge off 😭
