Womb and fertility massage

May not be related but… I’ve been TTC for a year (we are both considered young I guess? I’m 23 when TTC). I never went for any massage or anything, I told myself, last try so I bought Blackmores conceive well gold while my husband got the mens one, got pregnant within a month! 🥹 Have you tried these?
