Ladies, how do you and your spouse split hospital / delivery charges? Is there an expectation on the guy to pay for everything?

For prenatal, we used our joint account funds. Hospital bills he paid with his cpf and deduct from joint account for balance (he puts in more monthly since he’s earning more).
