Ladies, how do you and your spouse split hospital / delivery charges? Is there an expectation on the guy to pay for everything?

For our first, I paid the delivery charges but Medisave cut from his. So kinda 50-50? For our second, he wanted to pay for everything so includes deposit and Medisave
