Obimin plus softgel capsule

I’m 8 weeks pregnant. Yes i’m taking obimin plus and 3 other vitamins (Folic Acid, Calcium, and Ferrous sulfate) yun ang nirecommend ng OB ko. Okay naman obimin pero after taking it I feel bloated.

4 weeks ako nagstart magtake nito and folic acid. Until now umiinom padin ako 8 weeks. hehe

Nagstart po ako nyan at 5 weeks. Medyo may konting stomach upset but tolerable.

Nasusuka ako pag tinitake ko yan. anlaki kasi tas lasang gatas sya sakin.
