Kala ko po pag breastfeeding di po agad magkakaroon. Pero 6weeks pa lang po nagkaroon na ako. Pure breastfeeding po ako. Ganun din po ba kayo nayshie?#firsttimemom

"Lactation amenorrhea method (LAM) is a way for breastfeeding to temporarily help prevent pregnancy. It must be used correctly to work." Dapat po si baby ay exclusively breastfed, meaning direct latch, feed on demand, no bottles or artifical nipple, no water or other intake. "With perfect use (you follow the exact directions all the time) LAM is 98% effective against pregnancy for the first 6 months after giving birth." ...still, there's a 2% na hindi magwork. So it shouldn't be used as a contraceptive method on its own.
