Hello ka-mommies.. is it just fine? i have gained weight 19kg- from 46kg before nung di pa buntis and now weighing 65kg. itong pagbubuntis ko lang ako nagkakakain. getting worried na kasi i know one of these days ogtt will be done 🥹 any tips po please for a healthy diet. salamat po in advance ❤️

Hi, I am also 26 weeks. But just gained 6.5-8.5kg, if I am not mistaken. Nung biglang nag gain ako ng 3kilos, nashookt din OB ko. Pero that time kasi, ang dalas ko magcake and white rice. We are actually eating black rice po tapos siguro dahil working pa din ako and madalas sa morning, naggagalaw ako to prepare for the day kaya hindi masyado naggain. Try nyo din po maggalaw galaw if hindi kayo sensitive and kung white rice naman gamit nyo, try nyo po ifreezer muna para malessen sugar content. Saka iwas po talaga sa sugary drinks and pastries 😭. I always make my iced choco drink with cocoa+milk+splenda. If i want sweets po, kumakain naman ako pero half nun kay hubby na hahaha. Good thing lang kasi di ako mahilig. More on fruits po talaga and always try to incorporate gulay sa food, kami usually may pipino sa bahay. Masabi lang may gulay🤣
