I've tried to contact my Medishield Life provider to get an eLOG sent to Thomson Medical to waive the hospital deposit at admission for an elective c-section but they refuse to issue me one because it's a non-complicated and pregnancy-related procedure. Does anyone have had this issue? I don't know why I'm paying so much every year for their premiums plus a rider and they can't even issue me a letter of guarantee.
