Can I wear my retainers

I've seen mummies whose teeth alignments go haywire after childbirth. Can I still wear my retainers during my pregnancy?#1stimemom #firstbaby

yes can wear! Tho I didn't wear during first trim when Im nauseous and vomitting. Once I feel better and stop vomitting I continue wearing my retainers.
