Authentic Tula/Ergobaby?

I've saw a few sellers on carousell selling tula and ergobaby at a lower price and claim its overstocked. Some even claim its authentic but supplier overstocked. Is there such thing as overstock for authentic products?

I know ergobaby have fake one. Tula never heard off but getting from us is much cheaper.
