NUH Bill Size for Ward A1

Hi all, I've recently been discharged from NUH and received the final bill. I am required to pay $5.3k cash altogether for two days stay at the A1 Ward. I did normal delivery with epidural. Based on what I've heard from friends and this app, most of you guys paid between $3.5- 4k cash only. Are they overcharging me? I've already emailed them. How much did you guys pay for yours?

Hihi, my expected due date is September 2024, and I'm under NUH private care. We've been informed that the total cost for a normal delivery 3D2N in an A1 ward is $5.1k, which came as a surprise as we're required to pay upfront/deposit (cash) before delivery 😅 The nurse mentioned changes to their procedures during financial counseling last week. Maybe it’s true there an adjustment of the bills. But you can check with them if you have any query.
