When can I start eating lactation cookies?
I've had colostrum since 17wks..Now currently in my 31wks.. Just wondering when i should start eating my lactation cookies?

not so soon, only after delivery!! it’s not ideal for ur breasts to be producing milk now, might induce labour which is not good cos u are not full term yet
