Breastfeeding to formula

Question

Ive exclusively breastfeed my 7 months old baby to this day but thinking of switching to formula due to being pregnant with baby #2. Any tips or suggestions on how to?

my baby on full breastmilk since birth till now 23 months old. but due to going to playgroup one of her feed has to be FM. first I hunt out for the milk closest to BM taste I choose illuma. what I did was I add I scoop of FM into heat up bm let her drink from bottle. add FM into cereal. illuma smell really like BM so after a few feed I gave just FM for 1 feed middle of the day baby just accept it.
