Infection or normal during pregnancy?

Hi Ive been having thick and creamy discharge mixed with spotting of blood and I feel itchy at my vagina due to that. Can i know if this is normal? Or am I having any infection or should I be worried about the spotting? #pleasehelp #advicemommies
