Breathlessness

I’ve been feeling breathless every now and then doing normal light chores and I need to sit down and calm myself down everytime. Is this a common symptom? I’m only at 12 weeks

Yes it’s normal. I also experienced the same. After that I lie down in bed, it’s fine already.
