Pregnancy symptoms

Hello!! I’ve actually heard many mummies said that they could feel those early pregnancy symptoms even before they did their pregnancy test. Is that very common? I am 3 days late for my period, but i dont feel any symptoms as of now.. no breast tenderness, nausea or anything. Does that mean that high chance conception/implantation didnt occur if by now i still dont feel anything?

Well I don't have any sign at all for both pregnancy. For my first I took the test 1 month later 🤣 and for my second was 1 week later. I suspect only because of missed period. I had no nausea, fatigue, sore boobs, etc. All that came only after I confirmed pregnant and do another test with doctor.
