Migraine from yesterday afternoon

Isit normal to have really bad migraine during the 1st tri? Im in my 6weeks 5days and the migraine hasnt been gone since yesterday, i even took 2 paracetamol at night. Hopping it would be gone in the morning but no its getting worst! ?
