Is it a must to do post natal massage? As mine first normal vaginal delivery i did do the massage but this time round i never do any massage .. Is it okay?

When did you give birth? Natural or c sect? I did massage for 7 days. Purpose is to get rid of wind from body and ofcourse slimming. How come this time you don't want to do?
