In childcare if the kid is still learning and being toilet trained, will the teachers carry on with it or just change diapers?

I don't think you should use diapers at the childcare if you are toilet training your child. This will only confuse your child further. Agree with Diana, speak with the teachers about your concerns and pack extra clothes in case any accidents happens.
