Pregnant at 10 months post cs

Im worried kse its too soon for me to get pregnant again at 8wks now. We did not plan on getting pregnant until 2yrs post cs. But then, nagkamali ako sa bilang ko with calendar method. Does anyone here had the same case as mine? Kamusta po pregnancy nyo? Thanks.
