Coping with cervix check

I’m very tense during the cervix check. Are there any methods to cope with the pain?

For me, I feel that cervix check is worse than my c sec wound pain 😩 I cried during the check so I totally understand how you feel. Others might not feel pain and just uncomfortable but the pain was super bad for me. So I don’t think there’s any solution like “relax... take deep breathe..” sigh.
