I'm very determined to lose weight so I exercise 2-3 times a week. Recently the exercising has taken a toll my knees and now I feel pain especially when I squat down, as if something is tearing up inside them. I must have strained my knees, yet I want to continue exercising and at the same time not worsen my knees. What kind of exercises can I do now?

Hi Yongxi, I'd highly suggest seeing a good Physio if you can. I go to the UFIT Clinic. You have to be very mindful with your squat form, so please take care and go get it checked if the pain persists. For now, work on stretches. Aqua jogging or regular walking too will help.
