Labour

Hi I'm still curious as to how labour feels. Share your experiences mummies? I always walk to work but my lower abdomen feels heavier than usual. It's normal right?

That’s normal:) Labour is.. an out of this world experience. Excruciatingly painful without good painkillers. The contractions are probably 20x that of menstrual cramps, and when baby’s passing through the birth canal, you can feel a sort of tearing kind of pain. Once baby is out, though, you feel a whole lot better immediately. At the end of the day, when I held my baby, all was forgiven 😂 Worth it.

if youre afraid of the pain, better not ask arnd hahaha i did and i regretted it alot. but yeah labour was HELL of a roller-coaster ride. but once out, youll see that's the life you'll love and protect forever. i mean ofc ya right? but its like the feelings are more damn deep than when you thought during pregnancy hahaha

Yeap..pretty normal. Mine was through induction. Bit painful. Do more squats if you are going for vaginal delivery. Walking also helps too. (:
