Early pregnancy symptoms - milky discharge from nipple?

Hi I’m a second time mom, recently husband and I had unprotected sex and when I squeeze my nipples, there seems to be milky discharge. Could this be an early pregnancy symptom? I was an oversupply mom but I stopped breastfeeding close to 2 years ago.
