Travelling at 6 months

Hi, im planning to go on a short babymoon in january but by then i would be 6 months. Is it okay to take flight?

If you feel physically find and feeling strong should not be an issue. Before u fly let your doctor know too. I went to business trip when I was 24weeks pregnant.
