Hips and tailbone pain
I’m only approaching week 12 but waking up everyday with hips pain and tailbone pain. I sleep on my side and have tried wedge pillow and u shape pillow but doesn’t seem to work?

continue sleeping on ur side preferable left for better circulation and enhance support by placing 1 or 2 pillows between ur knees extending down to ankles to keep ur hips aligned
