Diarrhea(?) At week 16

I'm not sure if this is a norm? But I've been having soft peanutty bowel on and off since week 13+ preg. About 3-4 times a day. It's not everyday but on and off since week 13 till now (3 weeks!). I didn't experience this during my first pregnancy but instead, mad crazy hard poop that bleeds all the time during my 1st pregnancy (tmi I'm sorry). I'm having soft bowel right now and I'm not sure if it's the earl grey milk tea liho I had this noon? I got it free upsized with least stevia with their membership and i really enjoyed it (gosh!). But I was never lactose intolerant. Just wondering if any mommy going thru this as well?#advicepls

my gynae told me that having diarrhea is pretty normal because your body is smart enough to liquidify your stool. UNLESS its too often and painful, then you gotta visit your dr.
