How do you manage your morning sickness?

I’m in my first trimester, and I’m vomiting up to 8x a day. I’m working, and it’s so disruptive. The anti-nausea medicine doesn’t work on me at all. I don’t know how to survive this. It’s not just physically straining, it’s mentally torturous. Plus I have a super sticky and active toddler. There’s just no rest for me! Any mummies here can give me some tips on managing this? #Needadvice

Hey! I bought the licorice cubes from Hock Hua tonic shop, it’s in a blue and ivory package. Helps a lot with the nausea so I keep handy with me

Best to go back to your dr - in cases of very strong nausea like yours, there are also stronger drugs they can prescribe
