Bleeding in early pregnancy

Hi all, I’m in my early pregnancy and is experiencing bleeding for 2 days. Menstrual cycle has always been irregular, ranging between 28 to 40 days, every month is different. Hence, I can’t really estimate which week I am in. Based on LMP, I should be week 7 on a 28 days cycle. The amount of bleeding is about half a day pad and I have used 3 since last night. Is this normal? Anyone experienced something similar before?
