Rough First trimester

I’m having a hard time passing through first term. I’m 6+ weeks and already ended up in emergency for HG :( Medicines are working to keep food down but the feeling is horrible. Looking for genuine tap to console myself how to pass through this phase #2ndpregnancy

I don’t have HG but also in the first trimester dealing with nausea and vomiting. It’s so hard but I keep telling myself it will get better. As long baby is doing well I’m strong enough to handle this. It’s not easy but You got this mama!
