75g of glucose water equals to how much of rice?

Im going for my glucose test soon. I want to know 75g of detrox glucose is equivalent to how much cooked white rice. Anybody knows? I have been keeping track of my blood sugar levels pre and after meal, everything looks good but im just worried i might fail due to the amount of sugar i have to take in during the test. #FTM  #firsttimemom #glucosetest #gdm

The amount of sugar in the drink wont affect the test. It only shows how your body breaks down the sugar thats why we have to take 3 test. Before the drink, 1 hr after the drink, 2hrs after the drink. All will have different range. For example as below pic
