Baby kick? And very hard bump for a few secs

Hi, I'm currently at my last day of week 17 and lately I've been experiencing some baby kicks(?) i guess. But one thing for sure, when i feel movement/kicks my bump area will be hard for a few secs with some movements inside and then gone. I'm not sure if it's a baby kick/movement or its just my organs doing it's thing 😂 How do i know if its a baby movement or kick?
