Fetal hiccup

Im currently at the end of 2nd trim. How do i know the baby in my womb is having hiccup? Recently quite few times (not often), i noticed baby keep kicking or jerking at one position continuously for 5 mins or so, and can be quite painful , esp when the kicking is very low or down there 😅 even when i move or reposition my body/tummy, the kicking is still at the same exact place. Does that mean baby is having hiccup? #FTM
