bad cramps

hi all. Im currently 38 weeks soon 39 arnd midnight i having a bad cramps but to me is a bearable type that makes me cant sleep but i dont have any bleeding.......... now that i just wokeup i feel better alrd so i not sure whether to go hospital or should just wait and see if theres still cramps ??? #advicepls
