Having sex during pregnancy

I'm currently 31 week pregnant, can i have orgasm without sex? Because I'm afraid it will induce labour or will cause early delivery. And how frequent i can do it? #firstbaby #1stpregnnt #1stimemom #theasianparentph

Without penetration? Yes you can. Even penetration is also usually okay, if you don’t have a low placenta. I think the frequency is up to you:) Based on your comfort level
