Do you still eat Obimin/Folic acid and DHA during third trimester? When to stop taking Obimin?

I'm currently at #30weekspregnancy , first time mum. Just wondering if I can stop taking Obimin or Folic Acid. Waiting for my gynae to get back to me on the supplements as I forgot to ask her during last appointment and my supplements are finished.

Hi there, It is recommended that you take your multivitamins, especially folic acid throughout your pregnancy. It prevents birth defects of the brain and spinal cord. It’s possible to get them at the pharmacy if you’ve run out.

I think we're supposed to be on it throughout the whole pregnancy. I finished mine and forgot to ask my doctor too. End up I went out to buy from pharmacy myself.
