Braxton hicks for hours

Im currently 28w, and suddenly having braxton hicks cramps for few hours. Not intense pain but just like cramp-like feeling and stomach feels very hard and heavy, especially when standing up. Is this normal ? #FTM

Yes it is normal. I used to feel it too

yes normal. uterus is expanding still.
